Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. Must set the example by following all policies and procedures every day, every shift. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, delivering great customer service, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability; requires being a team player, reliable, with a friendly, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- clean driving record
- minimum of two years driving history

- punctual with a good attitude
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to read a map and navigate delivery area
