Job Summary
Oversee all store operations during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control. Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees by performing duties as a Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver. Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and deliver products safely while maintaining cleanliness and portion control. Ensure compliance with grooming standards and baking procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and drive with a clean record. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Assist in building a great place to work through motivation and role modeling.
Required Qualifications
