Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for shift leadership, cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow policies and procedures, manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, food management, and adherence to standards, and contribute to store profitability. Advancement paths include moving from delivery to management or franchise ownership. Strong emphasis on communication, math, multitasking, and training of team members. The role includes driving, delivering, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining store operations and a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Training
- Orientation and training provided on the job

- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Essential Functions/Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Delivery duties includes driving and delivering orders
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Need to navigate terrain including multi-story buildings
- Physical demands detailing standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds
