Job Summary
Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set an example by adhering to all policies while ensuring crew compliance. Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness. Process telephone and in-person orders, operate equipment, and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage. Maintain profitability and perfect image standards. Deliver pizzas and door hangers by car within a designated area using a valid license and insured vehicle. Navigate maps, climb stairs, and carry products through varying weather and temperature conditions. Requires strong math skills, communication abilities, and the temperament to work under stress.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Far vision and night vision for driving
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
