Job Summary
Assistant Manager (02021) responsible for frontline restaurant operations: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility, and deliver product by car to customers (including door-hanger deliveries). Requires planning and leadership to train and lead staff, process orders verbally and in writing, perform basic arithmetic for monetary transactions, navigate designated delivery area, and manage costs. Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for delivery, ability to pass a background check, and open availability. Orientation and on-the-job training provided; strong communication skills with customers and co-workers are essential.
