Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery to storage, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders, then deliver product by car to the customer's door. Clean equipment and facility continuously while maintaining food and product accuracy and inventory accountability. Manage labor accountability, employee productivity, and all cash handling. Coach and train all employees in all areas to ensure a clean and professionally run store.
