Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including lead, train, and motivate team members while delivering outstanding customer service every shift. Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards, and handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory. Assist with hiring, training, and staff development, and oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability. Support marketing efforts to grow sales. This role offers a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week with a clear path to General Manager, competitive pay of $18.50/hour plus bonuses, and paid training including a 3-day leadership capstone. Weekend availability and flexibility to open and close shifts are required.
