Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading, training, and motivating team members while delivering outstanding customer service. Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards, and handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory. Assist with hiring, training, and staff development, and oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability. Support marketing efforts to grow sales. This role offers a flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week with a clear path to General Manager, competitive pay of $16/hour plus bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including paid training, time off, and health insurance. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, confidence to lead, and weekend availability.
