Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in restaurant operations, leading, training, and motivating team members, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality/speed/accuracy, handling scheduling, labor management, and inventory, assisting with hiring/training/staff development, overseeing banking/cash handling and store profitability, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales.
