Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading and training team members while delivering outstanding customer service every shift. Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards, and manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability. Assist with hiring, training, and staff development while supporting marketing efforts to grow sales. This full-time role requires 32–40 hours per week with weekend availability, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 plus bonuses and a clear path to General Manager.
