Job Summary
Assist in leading Domino’s store operations as Assistant Manager: support the Store Manager, lead and train team members, deliver outstanding customer service, maintain food quality and speed, manage scheduling, labor and inventory, assist with hiring and staff development, oversee banking and store profitability, and support marketing efforts to grow sales. 32–40 hours per week with advancement to General Manager; competitive pay plus benefits, paid training, and PTO. Requires strong customer service and people skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leadership and delegation ability, problem-solving, math and organizational skills, and weekend availability.
