Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino’s Team Honey Badger franchise: responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, leading and training team members, delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining food quality, speed, and accuracy, managing scheduling, labor, and inventory, assisting with hiring and staff development, overseeing banking, cash handling, and store profitability, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales. Flexible schedule (32–40 hours per week) with advancement to General Manager; requires weekend availability and the ability to open/close shifts. Expected competencies include leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, math and organizational skills; facial tattoos are not permitted and some facial piercings may not be allowed.
