Assistant Manager(01914) - 1231 Pierce Butler Route

Assistant Manager duties include supporting the Store Manager in restaurant operations, leading and motivating team members, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality/speed/accuracy, handling scheduling/labor/inventory, assisting with hiring/training/staff development, overseeing banking/cash handling and store profitability, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales. The role requires strong customer service and people skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, leadership ability, problem-solving and decision-making skills, solid math/organizational abilities, and weekend availability with flexibility to open/close shifts.
