Job Summary
Assistant Manager duties include supporting the Store Manager in restaurant operations, leading/training/motivating team members, delivering outstanding customer service each shift, maintaining food quality/speed/accuracy, handling scheduling, labor, and inventory, assisting with hiring and staff development, overseeing banking and cash handling, and supporting marketing efforts to grow sales. Compensation is $20/hour with growth potential; benefits include paid training, PTO, health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, and opportunities for advancement to General Manager.
