Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including lead, train, and motivate team members while delivering outstanding customer service every shift. Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards, and handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory. Assist with hiring, training, and staff development, and oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability. Support marketing efforts to grow sales. Flexible schedule of 32–40 hours per week with advancement to full management. Competitive hourly pay of $17 with bonus potential, plus paid training, time off, and health benefits. Clear path to General Manager. Weekend availability required.
