Assistant Manager responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage and work areas, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facilities. The role requires the ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone, perform basic math for transactions, and handle monetary changes accurately. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and reliable insured vehicle for delivery, be able to navigate to designated delivery areas, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Must be 18 years of age. Work conditions are variable, and all information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
