Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility. Training is provided on the job. Communication skills include understanding and conveying written instructions, and processing orders over the phone and in person. Essential functions include basic arithmetic, making correct monetary change, and using a calculator, keyboard, or touch screen to enter orders. Work conditions involve varying weather, temperature ranges, exposure to food odors and dust, and physical tasks such as lifting, walking, standing, bending, and occasional climbing.
