Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations at the Creve Coeur location, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and financial oversight such as cash handling and sales reporting. Lead and train team members while ensuring food safety standards, addressing customer concerns, and implementing company policies. Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store goals, handle orders, and resolve operational issues. Participate in local marketing initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Requires a high school diploma, food safety certification, valid driver's license, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 2 years' experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
