Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of employees while ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness. Manage inventory, cost control, and cash handling procedures, and assist in hiring, training, and developing team members. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks, while maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in marketing initiatives and analyze sales data to improve store performance. Flexible availability required for various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
Desired Qualifications
