Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of employees while overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service. Train and develop team members on company policies, manage shift schedules, and handle customer inquiries professionally. Assist in implementing marketing strategies, maintain a clean environment adhering to food safety standards, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets. Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Assist in financial management, including cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
