Job Summary
Assistant Manager role overseeing store team duties: operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, daily cleaning of equipment and facility, on-the-job orientation and training, comprehend and relay written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and over the phone, perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, handle monetary change accurately, take orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, and collaborate with others in a restaurant setting.
