Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza responsible for staffing the store, managing costs, and developing team members in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment. Duties include overseeing operations, taking and processing orders (phone and in-person), inventory management, training and coaching employees, handling monetary transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling, delivering product by car, delivering flyers/door hangers, and maintaining equipment and facility cleanliness. On-the-job orientation/training provided. Requires adaptability, self-motivation, a valid driver’s license with a 2-year driving record, reliable vehicle, and proof of liability insurance. Minimum age 18+.
