Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and train team members to maintain high performance standards, and manage inventory and supply orders. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop sales strategies, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Assist in creating employee schedules, managing payroll, and participating in hiring and onboarding processes while analyzing sales data for reporting. Requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
