Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza in Moberly, MO will staff the store, manage costs, and develop team members in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment. Responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, taking orders (phone and in-person), inventory and related paperwork, cleaning, and ensuring accurate monetary handling. The role involves delivering products by car to customers, distributing flyers/door hangers, and utilizing maps to locate addresses within the delivery area, including navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites. The position requires ability to comprehend and follow written instructions, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and perform basic arithmetic. Training and orientation are provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 18+
- Valid Driver's License with a 2 year good driving record
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
- Deliver flyers and/or door hangers
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product
