Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures; manage and motivate a team to maintain high performance; ensure excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly; handle cash management and financial transactions; assist in inventory management and supply ordering; implement food safety and quality control standards; collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve performance; train and develop new team members; assist in creating employee schedules and managing staffing; maintain a clean, organized work environment; participate in food preparation and order fulfillment; respond to customer complaints effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
