Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, manage a staff of 3 to 15 people, and handle customer interactions to ensure excellent service. Direct team members through hands-on tasks including answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation while maintaining accurate financial records and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and implement company policies, assisting in training new team members to maintain high performance. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule open 365 days a week. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, and possess reliable, insured transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong math and problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency for managing orders and inventory
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Access to reliable vehicle that is insured
- Valid driver's license
- You have to be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
