Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products while receiving and processing telephone orders. Take inventory, complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility daily. Perform standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and use of hands as expected during tasks. Work in varying temperatures from 32 to 90 degrees with exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped areas, hot surfaces, tools, and moving mechanical parts. Orientation and training provided on the job.
