Assist in managing store operations and act as a role model on the shift. Oversees 3 to 30 employees, handles customer service, cash handling, inventory and cost control, ensures adherence to recipes and baking procedures, delivers product safely, and maintains store cleanliness and grooming standards while upholding Domino's standards. Skills emphasized include leadership, multitasking, math/cash handling, customer relations, and reliability during flexible, variable scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to greet customers and maintain a positive attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures
- Commitment to store cleanliness and professional appearance
- Able to manage customer relations and ensure safety standards
