Job Summary
Lead shift operations by managing inventory, controlling cash, and maintaining perfect store image while overseeing all cost controls. Direct team members through training, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and enforce all policies and procedures by example. Handle delivery logistics by navigating designated areas, reading maps, and driving in adverse weather conditions including rain, snow, and hail. Perform physical tasks such as brisk walking, running between locations, lifting up to 30 pounds, and climbing ladders for maintenance. Execute financial and operational duties including accurate math, order entry, and completing required reports. Work full-time with a positive attitude to meet high quality control standards in a fast-paced environment.
