Job Summary
Assist in managing daily store operations at Domino's Pizza as Assistant Manager. Responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during shifts. Will also handle Staffing, Paperwork, Food Management, Work to a Schedule, Adherence to Standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & Punctuality, and related duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, taking orders, inventory paperwork, and maintaining store cleanliness. Must be able to perform monetary transactions accurately, enter orders using a computer or touch screen, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. The role involves working in varying conditions typical of a Domino's store and contributing to coaching and guiding team members to achieve store profitability and growth.
