Job Summary
Support the finance team at Your Golf Travel as an Assistant Management Accountant. You will assist with monthly management reporting for UK and US, day-to-day bookkeeping for both UK and US entities, and balance sheet reconciliations, alongside assisting with the annual audit. Responsibilities include accruals for overheads and cost of sales, payroll journals, fixed assets, bank/credit card reconciliations, UK VAT preparation/submission, and variance analysis within management accounts. Opportunity to study towards a professional qualification based on performance. A suitable candidate will have prior experience in a finance role or a relevant degree, be self-motivated, highly organized, capable of collaborating across levels, and possess strong Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within a finance team or a relevant degree
- Self-motivated and focused with the ability to work proactively dealing with issues
- Highly organised and focused on delivery
- Able to build relationships across all levels of the organisation and work in a team environment
- Good MS Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
