Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance inspections and repairs alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager to ensure community safety and functionality. Step in to lead maintenance responsibilities when the Lead is unavailable. Utilize mechanical devices, voltmeters, and testing meters while operating hand and power tools. Maintain your own tool kit and hold a valid driver's license with current insurance. Respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required on an on-call basis. Minimum of one year of apartment maintenance experience and EPA Type II certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Proficiency with common hand and power tools
- Experience using mechanical and measuring devices such as voltmeters, pumps, and testing meters
- Must have your own tools
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to be on-call and respond to after-hours maintenance needs as required
