Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and assign maintenance team members to perform repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, and pool equipment. Coordinate directing of routine maintenance, make-ready tasks, and construction projects while monitoring progress and providing coaching. Ensure team members have complete instructions, supplies, tools, and safety equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all safety processes. Requires three years of apartment maintenance experience, supervisory skills, and HVAC certification. Valid driver's license needed.
Required Qualifications
