Job Summary
Assist in restoring vacated apartments to market-ready condition and support general maintenance tasks for interior and exterior upkeep. Responsibilities include making-ready/vacant-unit duties (plumbing, basic electrical, drywall), installing appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers/dryers, toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals), replacing light bulbs and fixtures, caulking, gutters, pool maintenance and chemical checks, grounds upkeep, inventory management of tools and supplies, and reporting any unusual conditions. Must follow company policies and be available on an on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of professional maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC and pool maintenance strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting procedures
- Ability to work an on-call schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
