Job Summary
Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists to restore units to market-ready condition, including general plumbing, basic electrical needs, minor drywall repairs, and appliance installations. Perform general property upkeep by removing trash and debris, maintaining pool chemicals, and replacing fixtures like light bulbs, screens, and locks. Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, and major equipment to report unusual circumstances, while maintaining inventory of tools and supplies. Work an on-call schedule with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six months of professional maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property.
- Ability to work an on-call schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HVAC and pool maintenance strongly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting procedures.
