Assistant Maintenance Technician

Respond to service requests, assist with apartment turns and repairs, and troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues. Maintain community grounds, work with vendors on larger projects, and ensure all tasks comply with safety guidelines and company standards. Manage tools, equipment, and supply inventory while communicating clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction. This role requires availability for Saturdays and participation in an on-call rotation.
