Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems while assisting with diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on-call emergency coverage. Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records and follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. This role supports a positive environment for occupants and staff, requiring hands-on work, problem-solving, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
- Effective communication and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field
- Relevant technical certifications
- Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance, or other applicable experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
