Job Summary
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner, performing apartment make-ready tasks, repairs, and unit preparation. Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units, while identifying and fixing plumbing issues like leaks and minor pipe repairs. Maintain pool equipment to ensure safety standards compliance and assist with general property upkeep through preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation. This role supports Indigo Apartments' commitment to resident well-being, requiring HVAC and pool certifications preferred alongside experience with apartment maintenance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
- Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
- Pool certification preferred
