Job Summary
Perform independently technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems, including apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days. Manage common area upkeep by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and pressure washing, while monitoring the building exterior for roof and siding issues. Execute preventive maintenance programs and ensure the safe condition of all equipment within your area of expertise. Maintain inventory records for newly purchased tools and strictly observe safety rules. This full-time role offers a career track with on-call availability and includes health, dental, vision, and a matching 401k plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proof of automobile insurance coverage
- EPA certification (if required at a specific property, must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date)
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change in a composed manner
- Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality
- Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances
- Ability to lift heavy objects
