Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Assist in supervising the maintenance team and manage the work order system, ensuring all orders are responded to within 24 hours with follow-up calls. Oversee daily repair and upkeep of the property, including coordinating apartment turn efforts, while ordering supplies and tracking inventory. Support team members with renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals. This role requires 3+ years of Assistant Maintenance Supervisor experience, EPA Universal certification, and HVAC certification. The position is located at Emerson at Ford Park in Allen, TX, with a market competitive salary and a bonus structure including a $100 on-call stipend.
