Job Summary
The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance and preservation of a community, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring timely completion of resident work orders, and providing leadership and mentorship while maintaining safety standards and responding to emergencies. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience, possess leadership skills, and hold an A/C Certification II.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in make-ready and on-site apartment maintenance
- A/C Certification II
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- General knowledge of building codes and laws applicable to the community
- Leadership skills
- Average written and oral communication skills in English
