Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Support the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures. Inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs, assist technicians to meet deadlines, and enforce safety measures. Schedule daily activities efficiently while monitoring quality and quantity, reporting major repairs and requisitions prior to fund expenditure. Maintain shop equipment, inventory control, and key security. Tour routes and models to ensure they look their best, and provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates. Requires one year of maintenance experience, adaptability to new technologies, strong communication skills, and a sense of humor.
