Job Summary
Assist in supervising a maintenance team, support scheduled maintenance shutdowns, coordinate with production teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing processes, help lead a skilled maintenance staff, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the CMMS with PM procedures and MTBF tracking. Focus areas include spare parts inventory organization, contractor/vendor coordination for maintenance projects, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/automation equipment, and fostering a culture of safety and team development in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Supervising a team of maintenance technicians
- Experience with CMMS
- Coordination with contractors and vendors for maintenance projects
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation-related equipment
- Ability to promote and enforce safe work practices
- Aluminum extrusion maintenance experience preferred but not required
