Job Summary
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance personnel, manage repairs in a manufacturing environment, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires a minimum of 10 years of industrial maintenance experience and supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with direct knowledge of electrical controls and PLCs, drives and mechanical power transmission, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and schematics.
- Proficiency in basic math/measurement tools and safe use of hand/power tools.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate instructions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree, certification, or equivalent technical training preferred.
- Experience with managing contractors and capital projects.
