Job Summary
Lead a team of maintenance mechanics and robotics technicians to ensure a safe working environment while managing outside contractors and responding to emergencies. Develop solutions for difficult problems, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and provide complete facility oversight including cleanliness audits, inventory tracking, and ticket completion. Partner with Environmental Health and Safety to meet operational KPIs, manage budgets, and maintain client-centric relationships during shifts. Work various schedules, travel as required, and conduct thorough performance feedback for team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules as needed
- Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic controls
- Must be authorized to work within the hiring country without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future
- Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Requires repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, sitting, standing, and walking
- Requires lifting parts and tools weighing on average 20 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 49 pounds
- Requires dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals) manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
- Working conditions may include working at elevated heights, small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours and wet or uneven surfaces
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience managing budgets and vendors
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) programs
- Experience in project management
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical schematics
