Assistant Maintenance Manager

Manage engineering and maintenance operations, including the physical plant, grounds, and asset protection with a focus on safety and security. Control heat, light, and power while developing energy conservation plans and administering service contracts. Distribute preventive maintenance work orders, oversee contractor bids, and inspect facilities to ensure regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction. Lead the emergency response team, maintain property life safety systems, and manage parts inventory. Develop long-term preventative maintenance plans and execute renovation projects within budgetary guidelines. Perform monthly property inspections and review guest feedback to drive continuous service improvements.
