Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance on apartment interiors and exteriors, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Respond to service requests to investigate and resolve mechanical issues, manage punch lists for move-in readiness, and perform move-in/out inspections. Maintain property grounds by cleaning, pressure washing, and repairing irrigation systems, while monitoring pool water quality and safety. Track service requests in the computer system, update documentation logs, and manage spare parts inventory. Available for on-call duty, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Applied trades training on a particular or specialized occupation, requiring knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing
- Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons
- Over three years of experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Available for on call duty, nights and weekend work
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- EPA certification (either Universal or both Type I and Type II)
- Experience with painting
- Experience with plumbing
- Experience with electrical
- Experience with appliance repair
- Experience with carpentry
- Knowledge to identify and address landscaping deficiencies
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform irrigation repairs
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required in order to service pools
