Assistant Maintenance Manager

Oversee the Bimbo QSR Denver annual CAPEX plan, developing business cases for capital projects targeting productivity and waste reduction while ensuring successful completion within critical timelines. Lead process engineering initiatives by identifying new technologies, evaluating current procedures for improvements, and defining standardized operational procedures to increase system efficiencies. Manage all environmental and sustainability policies, ensuring compliance with data management, record keeping, permit filing, and government agency requirements to reduce utility usage and environmental footprint. Direct the maintenance department by overseeing facility and equipment maintenance programs, managing departmental budgets, and implementing best practices across multiple plants. Provide leadership through continued team development, coaching, and compliance training to ensure engineering and maintenance personnel execute procedures in line with company standards and safety protocols.
