Job Summary
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting while performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Package finished products accurately, complete production documentation, and report downtime, scrap, or defects. Participate in training and support team development while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Work 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday, rotating between 5AM to 5PM or 5PM to 5AM. The role offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in increments, starting pay of $21–25/hour, and includes comprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental plans.
