Job Summary
Assist Machine Operator in a 3rd shift role in Holland, MI. Responsibilities include supporting setup, feed, and stack operations; training new operators; ensuring daily production is completed on time and to customer specifications; maintaining product quality and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards; and helping meet preventative maintenance schedules. Requires ability to read a tape measure, stand for long hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a manufacturing environment with potential overtime. Includes a shift premium and benefits package.
Required Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and motivational skills
